We exist to help all people realize that God loves them unconditionallyThe church here began in somewhat of a different way, or not typical anyway. We were pastors at a church in Mansfield Ohio. We had sensed transition in our ministry for over a year. One day in prayer, my wife and I were in our living room praying, and all at once the presence of God filled the room. That day he dealt with our hearts simultaneously, in a strong way, that we have work to do in Delaware. So we resigned our position as pastors in Mansfield Ohio and moved to Delaware. After living here for a year, we started looking for a place to meet. At first we met at a Hotel here in Delaware. From there, God is taking us on a journey to where we are now. The purpose that God put in our hearts for coming here was very clear. It was to create a place for the entire family. Where people could experience the love of God. It’s a longing of our hearts to see people who come here and experience God’s love in a real way. So they take the steps – together with others, to fulfill the purpose of heaven for their life.
Pastor Mike has a deep passion to build a future for the next generation and teach biblical truths.

Whether you’re new to church, have been a Christian for many years, or are looking for a fresh start, you’re welcome here. Our hope is to give you a place where you experience a fresh, enjoyable connection to God and a community of people.
We keep our focus simple so we can have the biggest impact possible. Everything we do as a church is filtered through our focus on helping every person live the full life for which God created all of us.
Know God
More than just practicing religion, God wants to have a personal relationship with you. Weekend services are where we help people know God, and we’d love for you to join us on Saturday at 6 pm or on Sunday at 10 am. You can even let us know you’re coming and we’ll help to make your first visit perfect.
Find freedom
God’s process for you to experience freedom begins with having the right people in your life. He designed us for community, and connecting in small groups is how we find life-changing relationships at Victory. From activity groups to Bible studies, you can find freedom while you have fun.
Discover purpose
The Bible clearly establishes that you are an important part of God’s plan and that great joy comes from living out your purpose. That’s why we created Starting Point. It’s a 2-week class designed to help you discover purpose and get connected to life at Victory—and it all happens during service time.
